Hook-and-line caught rockfish from the southeastern seas of Alaska, this delicate white fish pairs excellently with such an iconic sauce as escabéche, commonly found in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin cultures. Limited quantities. 6oz tins. Rockfish, olive oil, salt, sweet paprika, sherry vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander seed, fennel seed, Szechuan peppercorn.
