Ranise's Ligurian Bruschetta Sauce is a bruschetta sauce made with fresh tomato and peppers is one of the most common Italian appetizers. Served on canapés of toasted bread and it emanates a wonderful fragrance. Ideal as a starter when friends come round for dinner or for a quick and tasty ready snack.
