You'll find them just as at home in a New England pantry, waiting to meet a smoked ham hock as you would a vegan restaurant in Northern California, paired with seasonal vegetables for a rich, delicious soup.  The cooked beans are soft and melt-in-your-mouth smooth. They are mild enough that they'll take on any of the flavors you use during cooking.

While we are over 95% successful in achieving this aim please understand that we are a small business and during peak times unexpected delays may occur. We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.
