The Scalzo family of farmers in the Sila Mountains of southern Calabria puts together a grand mix of their vegetable harvest near the end of summer and makes this wonderful spread. See the list of ingredients which is not only very impressive but also blend together to form this spread that is well balanced, making it a perfect slightly spicy spread and rich flavor added to all your savory preparations.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.
