This beautiful and delicious medley of heirloom, GMO-Free legumes from Riso Carena has wonderful flavor and texture. Red lentils, whole semi-pearled farro, black-eyed peas, red, black, borlotti and cannellini beans cook up into a hearty minestrone -- just add tomato puree and some vegetables and herbs if you like. Drizzle with our peppery Ranise olive oil for a classic finish!
