Fangst’s Danish Smoked Trout captures the bright, clean flavors of Nordic waters. Raised slowly in small Danish trout farms, each fillet is lightly smoked and packed by hand in cold-pressed rapeseed oil with juniper and lemon thyme. The result is tender, flaky fish with a fresh, floral taste that feels both modern and timeless. Simple and refined, it’s a quiet nod to Nordic tradition. Perfect on dark bread with butter or enjoyed straight from the tin.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.
