Fangst Blåmusling No. 1: Limfjord blue mussels Marinated. With dill and fennel seeds.

In the cold water of the Danish inlet Limfjorden, ‘Blåmuslinger’ (blue mussels) grow slow to acquire a particularly fine taste and texture. Most of them are then shipped off to foreign kitchens but some we keep for ourselves. With a marinade of cold pressed rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, dill and fennel seeds, Fangst brings you their version of the blue mussel.

We aim to process all online and phone orders within one business day. While we are over 95% successful in achieving this aim please understand that we are a small business and during peak times unexpected delays may occur. We respond to every order inquiry via phone and/or email so feel free to reach out with any concerns and they will be addressed as soon as possible.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.

At times we offer Free Shipping as an online promotion. When offered, it can not be used for phone or in-store orders, and handling fees still apply to orders that receive free shipping. To note, free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
