Beginning with the highest quality cacao from Vanuatu, Dick Taylor set out to create a chocolate bar unlike anything else. They began by aging cocoa nibs in Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. Once fully aged, they used these delicious nibs to create a 70% Dark Chocolate bar adding only cocoa butter and cane sugar. The resulting bar is amazingly robust and complex with pronounced oak and bourbon flavors.

We aim to process all online and phone orders within one business day. While we are over 95% successful in achieving this aim please understand that we are a small business and during peak times unexpected delays may occur. We respond to every order inquiry via phone and/or email so feel free to reach out with any concerns and they will be addressed as soon as possible.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.

At times we offer Free Shipping as an online promotion. When offered, it can not be used for phone or in-store orders, and handling fees still apply to orders that receive free shipping. To note, free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
