This 1.5oz mini jar of French Onion with Rosemary was made by Blake Hill Preserves in Windsor, VT. The perfect size to sample or add to a gift bag!

Inspired by the rich, decadent flavors of a classic French Onion Soup, we cook onions overnight with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, rosemary and toasted caraway seeds for a uniquely “nutty” taste, and then finish the next day with a generous splash of bourbon.

Excellent pairing for Alpine style cheese varieties, and stir into a Macaroni and Gruyere Cheese dish for big flavor. 

* Combining quintessential jam fruits with Blake Hill's award-winning preserve making skills, these jams may well come close to being as good as you remember your grandmother’s being, although we do not expect anyone to admit it.

At times we offer Free Shipping as an online promotion. When offered, it can not be used for phone or in-store orders, and handling fees still apply to orders that receive free shipping. To note, free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
