Reminiscent of lemon butter or a vegan lemon curd, this lemon jam is uniquely elegant and zesty. Whole fresh, tart lemons are gently softened with a slow simmer and then whipped with champagne until deliciously smooth and creamy.  

Perfect on hot focaccia or as a glaze for roast chicken or fish.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.

At times we offer Free Shipping as an online promotion. When offered, it can not be used for phone or in-store orders, and handling fees still apply to orders that receive free shipping. To note, free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
