Mild, fresh, vibrant, and warm, Barnacle’s Sea Verde is a savory twist on a classic tomatillo salsa, made to be piled on just about everything.

It’s made with Alaskan bull kelp, tomatillo, serrano, agave for sweetness, and a generous dose of garlic, which makes it a perfect pairing for grilled chicken or even atop a salmon burger. We also love it on pan-sauteed mahi mahi tacos with pickled red onions.

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials.
